My understanding is that it’s not just the monitor resolution and refresh rate that matters. Your laptop needs to be able to output at the higher resolution/FPS as well. Many laptops including pre-M1 chip Macbook Airs will have max output of 60Hz at 1440p regardless of the monitor. Read more

Some Android phones have been using eSIM for year. My current phone is the Pixel 5 and it uses eSIM. I am pretty use my Pixel 2 XL used it as well.

Ehhhhhh. This seems unnecessarily expensive and not great from a user perspective. I often use the volume buttons without taking my phone out of my pocket. I hope they leave the silent mode switch. Something purely haptic won’t work as well. Read more
